The hotel offers fab, large air-conditioned rooms with available parking. The location is good, with Qiblat Direction, although a bit far from downtown. The hotel is nearly amidst prime destinations like Sharaf dg, Mall of the Emirates, JBR beach, and Media City. The service is very attentive to every need we could have, with genuine, friendly, and obliging staff. The dining experience could be improved with more choices and better manners. Overall, a convenient location with spacious rooms but mixed dining experience.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms offered a great view and exceeded my expectations. However, the location was just a bit frustrating despite being near Palm Island, one of the wealthy neighborhoods. The service was exceptional, especially Colin at the front desk, who was very helpful and friendly. The dining experience in Aqua Cafe was excellent. Overall, it was a memorable experience, perfect for a longer stay in Dubai for Eid.

The hotel was conveniently located for our visit to Dubai, with comfortable and quiet rooms. However, there was a minor issue with the room not being ready on time, and the absence of laundry detergent for the washer was a downside.

This hotel felt like a luxurious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a comfy queen-size bedroom, and a huge bathroom complete with a bathtub and shower. I loved having 2 massive TVs and indulging in 24-hour room service. However, the only downside was that there was a noticeable smell of smoke when the air conditioning was on.

The hotel room was spacious and had lots of floor-to-ceiling windows offering an amazing view of the Palm and JBR from my balcony, but the main bedroom layout was a waste of space, and the location of the bed was inconvenient. The room smelled bad even after cleaning, giving the impression of someone sweating. Despite this, the room exceeded my expectations with great amenities.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The room I originally booked for my husband's birthday had a beautiful view, and we were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a larger apartment with an even better view. The service exceeded my expectations, especially with the fast check-in and out process. Shusila and Guna were exceptional. The location was perfect for both family and business travelers, being conveniently situated between the Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab areas. The dining experience was wonderful, though I wished there were a few more choices. Overall, a top-notch experience with first-class furniture and fantastic amenities.

My stay at Fraser Suites Dubai was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms showed some wear and tear and were on the small side but our high-floor room with a balcony offered a perfect view of Dubai. The service was exceptional, despite the air conditioning issues during our stay, with complimentary drivers and attentive staff. The location was underwhelming for the price point but saved by a daily bus service to Mall of the Emirates. The dining options were decent with a variety of items, and the facilities were satisfactory.
